Rockstar cancels PC version of GTA V, says it's "too hard" to continue developing

After months of delays, game developer Rockstar has decided to cancel the PC version of GTA V amid difficulties with 4K scaling and the inability to unlock the game's framerate to a value beyond 30FPS. They have also had much difficulty in obtaining high-res textures which were slated to replace the older textures in the console versions of this game.

Anyone who has bought the game on Steam is not eligible for a refund as the application does not have that feature. However, people that bought the game directly from Rockstar's website are entitled to a refund.
