I can't find Dark rockPro 3 Online, also CPU heatsink suggestion please?

InfamousMEE

I live in the USA if that factors into it.

Im looking for a large heatsink able to handle high over clocking of the i5 4690k

0-80$ Please

If it approached the 90 and 100$, i might as well get all in one water cooling (the Enermax Liqtech)

Iv had my pc for a while now (the cpu is an i-5 4690k) so im feeling like im ready to overclock (idk how much, as much i can get in my price range), im looking for best cooler i could get for around 0-50 maybe 60. I don't want to get some crazy cooler that costs 100$ bc i could always sell my cpu and get the i7.

I saw a used Dark Rock 3 for $50 on the LTT classifieds, not sure if that's what you're after.  For reference, should be easily able to OC comfortably to 4.6Ghz on a 212evo/X with a better cooler you should be able to push into the 4.7, possibly 4.8 range depending on the silicon lottery.

CPU Intel Core i7 7700K; Cooler Cryorig R1 Universal; MB Asus ROG Maximus IX Code; RAM G.Skill Trident Z 3200Mhz (4 x 8GB); GPU ASUS GTX 1080 Ti ROG Strix Gaming OC; Case Be Quiet Dark Base 900 Pro Silver; Storage Samsung 960 EVO 500GB, Samsung 850 EVO 1TB, Seagate Barracuda 4TB; PSU EVGA Supernova 850W G2; OS Windows 10; KB Corsair K70 (MX Brown); Audio O2 & ODAC, Sennheiser HD 600, Sennheiser RS 185, Swan M200MKIII; Monitors 2x Dell U2410

A SR2 isn't a bad idea if you're not into getting the above mentioned used cooler: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/be-quiet-cpu-cooler-bk013

I was in your shoes looking for that cooler yesterday. I decided to look for the non-pro dark rock 3 and had trouble finding that too. Found it through a Florida based company called performance pcs

Get a, very good performance and beats most low end AIO water coolers : http://www.ncixus.com/products/?sku=47090&vpn=NH-D14&manufacture=Noctua&promoid=1015

but if silence is your need then go with: http://www.performance-pcs.com/cpu-heatsinks/be-quiet-dark-rock-3-cpu-cooler-18861.html

CPU: Intel i7-4790K @ 4.7GHz --- RAM: Lenovo 1600MHz 16GB --- MOBO: Gigabyte Z97-G7 --- GPU: EVGA GTX 970 FTW ACX 2.0+--- PSU: Corsair CX600 --- Case: Corsair Air 540 --- Cooler: NZXT Kraken X61 --- OS: Windows 8.1 --- Monitor: 24" AOC G2460P + Dell 19" --- Mouse: Logitech MX Perfromance --- Keyboard: Corsair K70 (Cherry MX Brown) --- Audio: Sennheiser HD558

Don't buy a GTX 980, it's overpriced! Buy 2 GTX 970s or 2 R9 290s intstead (the R9 290s would even be cheaper)
