I have a 7850. When I bought it, I didn't really know much about computers. However, I play with High (not the highest, but one dialed back) settings on Crysis 3, with a 6000x1080 Resolution (3x24").

 

It was like a $200 card (US). I also went with AMD for their Eyefinity solution to multiple monitors.

I did have a 7770 Crossfire setup but it had so many problems, With scaling, Performance and compatability.
