HDR Beautiful Looking Monitor Display recommendations please

Hello, I am going to be picking up a new monitor. I was looking for some recommendations. I want to make sure I get a very very nice display for both content creation and gaming so HDR 600 or above with either 165 hertz or above refresh rate. would prefer 240 but I know that can be costly.

If someone would be so kind as to throw some budget options in there as well that would be great. My knowledge of all the panels and stuff is minimal so I can be pretty confusing and this next purchase will be a bigger one I do not want to mess up on!

Thank you in advance

3840 x 2160 and budget I would like to stay between $700-1000 if that is possible I can bump down the resolution to 2560 x 1440

I am wanting a jaw dropping picture and color display thanks for reply!

I've had one of these since release:

Samsung Odyssey Neo G8 32" Curved 4K UHD FreeSync Premium Pro & G-Sync Compatible 240Hz 1ms Gaming Monitor Black LS32BG852NNXGO - Best Buy

$850 now. Without HDR enabled, it looks like a normal high quality VA panel. With HDR on, I find it on par with mid tier OLEDs. QLED backlighting gives it 1M:1 contrast just like an OLED, but it seems to require HDR to make proper use of it. I only enabled HDR like 6 months ago and it was mind blowing.
