Looks fairly standard for what most are recommending these days, but if you're going for a non-overclockable CPU I'd try out a Xeon, not much more money but better performance.

Desktop: i9 11900k, 32GB DDR4, 4060 Ti 8GB 🙂

Budget? I don't know if you can get 60fps ultra 1440p on that 970. You may want to try a 980 if you really want 60+

CPU: Intel i5-2400 Mobo: ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z RAM: 8GB G.Skill DDR3 1333MHz GPU: Sapphire R9 280x Tri-X Case Corsair Obsidian Series 350D PSU: EVGA 500w 80+ Certified

seems like a good build for 1080p, not sure about 1440p though, might have to turn the down some settings a lil bit to get decent frames.

"Sulit" (adj.) something that is worth it

That RAM is a huge waste of money at $79 for 8GB. G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3-1600 will perform exactly the same in games for $55.

Otherwise though a great 1080p Ultra 60 FPS system.

True. I was willing to spend the $50 more for an E3-1231v3 for the hyperthreading for games like Dragon Age Inquisition and Watchdogs that can really use it right now, and for future games since there is an undeniable trend towards games using 8 threads now that wasn't there a couple of years ago (if anyone comes in and says games don't use hyperthreading I'll post a bunch of CPU usage benchmarks here to show they're wrong).

I wouldn't spend the extra $50 on a Xeon if it came out of the GPU budget at all though, as the Gigabyte 970 is awesome and the i5-4590 is a hell of a powerful CPU. But making the change I suggested on the RAM would get him halfway to a Xeon E3-1231v3. Note the Xeon E3-1220v3, Xeon E3-1225v3, and Xeon E3-1226v3 are absolutely not worth buying since they're just i5s with 2MB more L3 cache.

problem with xeons is that they are rare at my country, i really cant find them. the ram is the cheapest ram i could find where i live, the g skill ripjaws are 6$ more than this. this build is a 870-900$ build but in my country it translates to 1200$. i will look for that xeon but not sure whether i would find it or not. And sir, it is the 4690 not the 4590

OK, then definitely go with the cheaper RAM. If you have the extra money for an i7 it's not a bad investment, but it's definitely not a must get by any means, as the i5-4690 is a beast and 4690 + GTX 970 OC is a very well balanced and powerful combo.
