Could you elaborate on your situation?  Is this your current PC?  Are you in the market to build/buy a new PC?

yes at low settings, and I would have no clue at minimum everything 1080p 40fps? or 720p with some settings on 40fps? I dont own so I cannot vouch. I do have a dual core and a equivilant gpu so thats what I'm basing it off of..

 

Edit by 40 fps i mean thats probably max, average is probably around 30-33.

Its personal choice. Some people think 40 fps is good. I dont know of anyone who calls 30 fps not laggy, however, I prefer a smooth 80fps minimum

I would recommend to upgrade the CPU to an i5. So what's your budget?
