i compete sports, but i don't work out outside of that

Do you workout(lifting weights or legs Etc.), why or why not?

I was on every sports team except soccer last year in school, and we go into the weight room and do endurance and weight training, if it counts.

Yep, I got some workout routines that I do every week which vary from running to musclebuilding exercises to swimming. My reason for this is my physical and mental health. Since I started with some workouts in the gym for a sportsproject from school, I've continued to do workouts because it keeps me fit and gives me a higher self-esteem. Testing myself to the limit feels great, and being in shape is always good.

Do you even lift? JK. Yea I hit the gym four days out of the week. After doing it for a while, you just enjoy the pump and getting results .I'm a sys admin and sitting in a chair all day was not doing me well. So about three years ago I started working out to get into shape.

You don't need a gym to work out. If you want to build muscle you can start doing push-ups, abs-exercises, just use everything you can use to build muscle if you really want to. And condition training is more easy, just start running or swimming. Worked pretty well for me.

I love lifting! Actually, I get a strange calm feeling whenever I'm benching. Also love doing planks for 5 minutes with weights that exceed my body weight by ~400%

I have orienteering and running in the summer 2-4 times a week. floorball and alpine skiing in the winter 4-5 times a week. Plus two P.E lessons a week at school. I run 4,5 kilometers in 20:25 with that said im 13

Yes, 2hours 3x a week. Pretty much just to keep fit and healthy. I don't want to get super huge, just make sure I don't go into a 90° angle when I get old :P

Two hours is a bit excessive unless you're looking at continuous long endurance aerobic training for triathlons or similar events.

Yes that is true, I'm probably going to take it down to 1.5hr or 1hr sessions. I am working on endurance, not for any event though.
