The hyper 212 evo will be fine, you can't overclock it so it will be very quiet for very cheap.

I was thinking about Cooler master 212 Evo but it wont be passive it will be semi-passive in load.

you can have it be passive if you have airflow in your case

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

@GUzmani

Check this out:

And these (but I don't recommend the 14cm variant)...

EDIT: actually scratch that, the 12cm Aerocools are basically the way to go for silence.

Also, check out this eight heat-pipe dual-tower cooler (but it doesn't come without fans)...

Stock coolers are fine but i want my pc to be 100% passive all time.

you will not be able to have the pc be 100% passive at all times. it just dosn't work that way. the heat has to be able to escape somehow.

A powerfull totaly passiv system is only possible when you make it by yourself.

I passive cooled a i7-4790k and a GTX970.... 4 big heatsinkts and a total weigth of 20 kg....

I still need to do some finishing moves then i will make a poste about it.

When you will use standart parts look for Zalman FX70 and some silent case fans. Use a seasonic platinum fanless PSU and a grafic card that is passive while idle. But pay attention the coil while mithgt be annoying. I had to glue my coils on the Asus GTX 970 Strix together to ged rid of the noise.....

I just bought a Deepcool Lucifer CPU cooler for my i5 4670k. Going to run it passive (what its designed for) and then with the fan included and see if the silence is worth it. Will drop the results here if you havent made up your mind yet :) Replacing my Hyper 212X by the way

4670k @ 4.3GHz w/ Deepcool Lucifer | ASRock z97e-itx/ac | 2x4GB G Skill Ares | MSI TFiii HD 7870 @ 1150/1450| OCZ Vertex 4 128GB + 1TB | Bitfenix Prodigy Black | Antec TP-650C

I'm located in Switzerland and I was shopping in Germanny, Franca and Switzerland. The budget? Well take the price of the electrical components and double it....

Can you link us to where you're shopping?

What do you mean by double the price?--you didn't mention any prices.

I made a buid log about it, but it's not finished yet:

http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/342534-full-passive-powerful-workstation-gaming-rig-who-said-it-cant-be-done/

I will make a detailed calculation there.

Here are some rough approximations:

Metal: Copper bars and stainless steel sheets: 280 Euro: http://www.prokilo.de/

Heat pipe for CPU (including speared ones): 64 Euro: https://www.caseking.de/shop/catalog/Silent-PC/Fanless-Systeme/Impactics-Heatpipe-2er-Set-6x300-mm::16958.html

Heat pipes for GPU: 160 Euro (custom bend): http://www.situs-tec.de/

Heat sinks: 150 Euro (second hand):  http://www.ebay.ch/

Drills, screws, aluminium profile, …. : ~300 Euro: local warehouse

Total: ~ 1000 Euro (Ok it’s not exactly the same price as the electronic, because I added some parts since I started the desing)

Mineral oil and 40 kg aluminium heat sinks are a perfect combination: 73 cores and a Titan X, Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Oil
