So the r7 260 is better than the gtx 750 ti?

No, the 260X...

What's better?

Everyone is giving me different gpu so I don't know which is better

R7 260X

R7 270

R7 270X

Gtx 750

Gtx 750 ti

Too confusing. Everyone decide which is best suited for the build plz

Out of that list the 270x will be the most powerful. It will also consume the most power.

the 750ti will provide the most performance with the least power draw. It'll also cost you more because, well, Nvidia.

I'd say the R9 270 is a good middle ground.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

This beats my original :o but the gtx 750 to is more expensive so it's most likely better. It's asus too. This might be the best one!

(There's a problem with the ram voltage. Maybe put the ddr3 to 1600.

no point in going with this, games NOW REQUIRE four threads, rendering most games useless and unplayable...sorry but unless that bad boy had hyper-threading then it stinks.

What? Games definitely don't require 4 threads. Threads =/= cores. i3 being hyperthreaded does not make it some 4 core monster. Single-core performance is more important than hyperthreading in gaming performance and a G4358 has better single-core performance before even touching the clock speeds.

You also forgot a power supply :)

Best add one of those.

Doesn't really beat yours if it can't turn on @Teemo4Life :P

R7 270X

Gtx 750

Gtx 750 ti

Gtx 760

Too confusing. Everyone decide which is best suited for the build plz

in order from worst to best

AMD: 260x - 270 - 270x

Nvidia: 750 - 750ti - 760

Both:

260x = 750ti (both basically the same)

270 = underclocked 270x (basically same performance)

760 and 270x are basically the same in terms of performance, they trade blows in certain tasks, as does any other card

The GTX 960 is more expensive than the R9 280X in some countries.

The R7 260X beats the 750 ti... if you don't like, too bad.

ffs, really?

I don't know about you, but the list doesn't have a PSU on it.

No need to be angry.

Although @Teemo4Life enlightened me with the knowledge that the chassis comes with one.

I am done, you won't build better (new) unless you spend more. Look for used parts.

The build you did is the best one. Just fix one thing which is the ram voltage in the incompability section.

The RAM voltage actually doesn't really matter in the case of this compatibility error.

Although his build wasn't the best (IMO).

Intel's recommendation isn't a compatibility issue. It is just Intel's recommendation.

He should not expect to get high settings 60fps on those games with this budget. The bottleneck will be on the GPU; not the CPU.
