Go for the CPU.

If you stream, you will love it.

i found a used i7 4770K (not overclocked ... used for light gaming) for 229 euros (around 120 less then retail for i7 4790K)
and im wondering 1 thing.... since i need my HTC One M7 fixed.... (190 euros) should i maybe go for the cpu instead of the phone?

Depends on what you need and what you want.

If you need to fix your phone but you only want the cpu, fix your phone.

If you need the cpu but you only want to fix your phone, get the cpu.

Depends. Is your phone absolutely busted? Does it still function the way you want it to. Also with your gpu an i7 would be kind of overkill but I guess it would allow for future upgrades. Anyways it depends on what you want more.

If you stream and edit the i7 would be a massive upgrade. Get the i7.
