Slight discomfort at best... numbing pain at worst...

I still need to get checked for it but I have my suspicions that I do have RSI...

I've had it. Luckily it went away quickly after a week of vacation and not using my PC. Damn that hurt. Not as bad as described in the Techquicky video.

Yes in my mouse hand, sorted it by getting one of those gel cushioned mouse pads for about £3. Money well spent, I would never be without it now.

Yes (actually started feeling it yesterday again after years).  I auto-adjust... like a monitor =D.  It never really lasts too long... maybe a week the longest.  I will just keep adjusting until it heals... maybe even stay off the computer for a day or two.

Oh, it feels...like a tightness in the muscles accompanied by pain spikes... followed by duller pains.

RSI can be many different things. For us computer users, it's most common in the wrist and back. I personally have Carpel Tunnel Syndrome (not very bad yet), but it seems to be common in my family, and spending a lot of time at a computer is not helping it.

I'll have to get surgery done at some point to correct it, probably earlier than later, so it doesn't get bad.

Had some pain for a short while, but nothing worth calling RSI.

When i went through my bout with playing LoL like 6 hours a day my mouse wrist didnt like me very much. Honestly just adjusted raised my chair a little bit and cut back slightly on how much I played.

While it was there though it was like a sharp pain that would start at my wrist and quickly shoot up my arm. Sometimes it was more of a tingle then a pain..

nothing major though..pain was only annoying and/or slight.

I heard fapping makes those problems disappear...

So no I never had any symptoms of RSI...

So many things I could write here... things like this.

Tried an aurora once, so yes.

But I usually get a sore wrist when I write alot (on paper), if that counts. It sticks for some time afterwards.
