Hey guys,
I just bought a new computer because im a 3d designer. I have a nvidia Quadro 4000 in it and i want an other GPU in order to play games. Any good graphic card that coast less than $400. Here is my config
-Intel core i7 4770 3.4 GHz
-Kingston SSD Hyperx 3k bte 2.5 sata3 120 gb
-S1150 Asus z87m-plus z87
-Kingston Hyperx blue 1600 MHz ddr3 16 gb kit
-PNY PCIE Quadro 4000 2048M DVI/DP BTE
-SATA3 1tb WD 7200 Black
-Atx Corsair 600t

770 or any AMD card :p or for $500 2 760s

Maybe a 7970  or a 7950 from AMD.

760 or 770 so you can keep the same nvidia driver ecosystem

It depends what games you'll be playing but a single 770/7950 should be plenty for a single 1080p gaming solution. Btw, what's your psu?

 

770 or any AMD card :P or for $500 2 760s

There aren't enough slots on the mobo for the Quadro 4000 and 2 760's in sli.

Get a 770 or a 7950. Both very good cards for their price points.

Not really, I'd say it would be the same.

Yeah, doesn't make much difference for drivers. For that price I'd recommend a 7970 or 7950 if you want to save some money. You can go with a 770 if for some reason you prefer nVidia but I don't feel it's worth the money.

get a gtx 770 imo as the drivers wouldnt have much problems as they are the same manufacturer. Ive had problems with Nvidia and AMD not working together.

I wouldn't want to mix NVidia and AMD hardware in the same system so I'd say a 770 would be hard to go wrong with...

xD i've never had issues with AMD/Nvidia whenever I've installed gpus for people so go for whatever is within your price range ^_^
