So you might be going why the hell is this on off topic!? Answer: I don't want people in networking to be taking this seriously and trying to diagnose and help me out. This was takin from my old old eMachine... WIRED. My 4790k died and this is the only thing I can use to access the internet. My phone and tablet don't work with this new setup I have with a wireless router and powerline sucking all the interwebz out of it into my PS4 and XBone. Should I "upgrade" to Comcast internet?

That ping. Even a carrier pigeon is faster at delivering messages then that computer.

That's beyond unusable.You should do everything to upgrade that if you want to do the most basic gaming or even web browsing.

Do you live in a rural area?

Wow, and i thought my download of 20-30Mb and upload of 1.5-2Mb was bad...
