Linking Hard drives

I am curious to know if there is a way to link memory hard drives to create one big volume of available space. If there is a way I would like to know how to do it. Thanks in advance :D

use storagepools inwindows 8.1 iits amazing

its in  Control Panel

Just use as individual drives.
