I wonder how many times they'll have to remake the Paris map.

 

 

 

Also, this doesn't prove that they'll ditch Uplay. It probably has a "3rd party EULA" like the rest of their steam catalog.

It would be nice if that was really the case, but i think ubi will still use uplay.

Its not a big game. Unless Ubisoft Releases the Next AC game within steam.. properly optimized... no bugs.... over a week of development... with no remaked map...

This doesn't necessarily mean that UPlay won't be required as 3rd party DRM. Having said that if you look at the game's Steam page there's currently no mention of UPlay being required as 3rd party DRM:

South Park: The Stick of Truth on Steam did not require UPlay at all so it's definitely possible.
