MS WORD2013/Excel2013. a giant table, how to search and find all cells containing the same text?

HeyKitty
Go to solution Solved by Master Disaster,

Select the range of cells you wish to test.

On Excel's Home tab, choose Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells Rules, and then Duplicate Values.

Click OK within the Duplicate Values dialog box to identify the duplicate values.

Duplicate values in the list will now be identified.

That should highlight all cells containing duplicate values

So I got a big ole table, I have it in a Word doc and Excel sheet. each box just has anywhere from 1 word, to 2 sentences.

All I want to do is it to select all the boxes so I can easily spot them.  Unless there is a way for it to go ahead and just delete it and shift all the cells for me.

Ain't it just the cutest little signature.

Some would argue it is the cutest little signature ever.

Yeah, I know how to find, but I want it to find any two cells that have the same text. I can't sit here and sift through the 8K cells....
