UNGODLY Temperatures

A friend of mine showed me a chart of his PCs temps and well.. it's so unstable i'm surprised he hasn't smelled anything burning inside.

Can someone please explain why his CPU is getting over 99 and 126 for his mobo? That's INSANE! I've never seen that high of temperatures. If you have any questions just ask.

 

Also, he told me hes never had any problems. He plays fuckin CS:GO just fine without any stuttering or lag.
