Everyone has a competitive side to them including myself...

Black Ops was my thing back when it was really popular, i was one of few who had a truly fast enough PC to dominate everyone else even at the 60hz rate i played at, Black Ops was heavily CPU bound for most people.

Back then i ran a  2500k and GTX 480 at 1080p 60hz.

I would come away with KDR's like these...

BUq7Rmy.jpg89aVF5q.jpg

But then i look back and say to myself... meh....

I'm thinking if people understood there is no real achievement to dedicating hours upon hours to become so good you barely ever lose, then think about if it REALLY means anything, some games would be better community wise.

Maybe i'm clueless but hey... just a thought.

Are you a competitive person?

BTW why the heck do direct Steam screenshot'snot work any more? had to use imgur...

You want a cookie ? Call Of Duty games are filled with noobs that can't play and that's why they are easy to play and win.

Ok then let's talk about CS:GO...

Do well as a single person but get put down to 10% health by a cunt on your own team, never get rewarded for your effort just stuck in some noob rank.

It only really matters for matchmaking. This is why they have reverse boosters in CoD because people try come against people with bad KDR's to try 'Pub Stomp'.

Really a flaw in CoD's matchmaking, but what you gunna do.

This was played on my shitty laptop at low FPS...

That's another reason why COD games are super easy to get lots of kills cause the noobs are like 10 Years Old and playing on the POS pre built family computer and are play at 15 to 30fps on low settings ... meanwhile the old dogs are playing on custom built gaming rigs @ a full 60 or 120fps plus and having all the funs LOL. That's why I stopped playing COD because I am sick of feealing good off chiderns misfortune LOL. Like a house Cat toying around with a half dead rodent LOL. Well that and the fact that I am sivk of all the " I Fed your mom" jokes in the lobbies LOL.

Not to say thet I never had amazing matches in COD MW2 cause I did but they were few and far between when the 1 time in a long while you enter a server filled with pro players that make the game great. IMHO overall I had much more fun in BFBC 2 and Vitnam expansion than I ever did in any COD game. I have yet to play COD AW cause the noobs left a bad taste from all the other COD games LOL.

KD ratio is not important. If it's negative though, then you might have a few problems...

It's not about weather you win or loose it's how you play the game ... "and weather or not you are having fun". I have been in servers in where I am out matched, out gunned and out skilled but when I do make the kill and out smart a better skilled player then I learn and become better and actually earned my own self respect LOL. That's the true win.

No KDR/KDA doesn't matter especially in normal matched where playing with a team inflates the scores. KDR/KDA matters some what in ranked games because it proves how competent you are at the game as high ranked is where baby buffalo don't roam. If you look at Youtubers games they mostly play normals because they are looking for footage and not trying to prove how well they play at the game.

IMO score per min means more ( is a thing on the newer Cods) you pretty much have to jump on flags in dom or get a lot of kills in a min to get it high mine sits at a fairly average 500 so two flags and a kill per min if you're playing DOM. KDR can fluctuate though pretty much when you start a COD game you'll have a shit KD just because you're new to the game.

Also 100 kills and 1 capture, dirty TDM player.

It depends. If the game is objective based, KDR doesn't matter at all, but it can indicate you're getting better(consistently getting better and better KDR)

If it is kill based, KDR matters a lot. The more you kill, the more points you get, the less you die, the less points the enemy gets.

I'm telling the truth! I AM a 12 year old girl!

CoD?

I used to get those KDRs during the free weekends using just the knife.

C'mon, CoD is a game with a really low skill cap and in order to get a decent KDR you need to know how to hold a mouse.

As you can see, in CS you are Silver 2.

You are not that great after all.

The KDR matters only in deathmatch modes. Other than that, it matters a lot less.

On public servers it doesn't matter at all. You can have really shitty KDR because opposing team has just some noobs getting higher numbers by camping. Or you can get these insane KDRs if you know how to play the map. Then there are games like BF series and TF2 where KDR is so depending on teamwork and balance. Sometimes you have really poor KDR but still in points you are top of scoreboard. Like me, usually top4 and worst KDR of all in top10.

K/D ratio doesn't matter if you are inept at playing the objective. However, among team players who do play the objective, K/D separates the men from the boys.

I certainly won't pretend with my 10:1 K/D in War Thunder and 30:1 K/D in Natural Selection 2 as Lerk that it doesn't matter. Of course it does. But if I didn't work for my team I'd just be a noob with a high K/D.

In case the moderators do not ban me as requested, this is a notice that I have left and am not coming back.

KDR doesnt matter if you got shitty team where one player is 30:1 and rest of team is 5:10. There needs to be balance otherwise its 1 versus the rest of the enemy team and thats a lot of pressure on one person to carry the whole team every single round.

I do care about KD a little bit, but especially in CSGO, it matters more if you are good to your team. I recently played as a gold nova 2 vs/with smfc, eagles and such. I assisted so much, planted the bomb so often, and was overall able to do well with a KD of 0.4

The point is - If you help out your team alot because you know you are not the topfragger, then you can do really well with a bad KD.
