eGPU on a Zbox

So, I wasn't entirely sure which place to post this but I figured mods should work. I know that a lot of people are using eGPU setups on their laptops using either a spare mPCI-e slot or an expresscard slot. I was wondering if anyone knew or if anyone had ever tried using one of these eGPU adapters on something like a Zbox, it seems like since it's basically a laptop in different form factor it should work. I guess if no one has tried it yet I'll try it out with my EN-760 when my eGPU adapter gets here, or a little later if I end up needing to buy a separate mPCI-e adapter since I ordered the version with an expresscard adapter for my laptop.
