those plantronics one look badass IMO. im just guessing the sound quality is dubious at best

they are actually not that bad (well on par with other big brand $60 headsets) the 780s sound decent though

 

Though honestly 99% of gaming headsets are shit

i'm very well aware. my first "gaming headset was a set of turtle beach PX-21s. the sound sucked. they were uncomfortable as hell and were not strong in the least.

The plantronics sounds really bad compairing to something like Superlux HD668B. (tried them both)
Unfortunatelly they are both uncomfortable as hell.

Get the Takstar Hi2050 and add a mic.
