Why should he? This has nothing to do with the topic.

Anyways I'm not surprised. Ubisoft has gotten to the point where they do nothing but frustrate me.

I personally would agree with that. Obviously it defines who you call a "pirate". I would define it as anybody that has downloaded a game that they have not purchased or has broken the EULA on any game they have purchased.

I don't agree. That's a ridiculous percentage. And there is no evidence to support it; it's simply bullshit. A lot of my "PC gamer" friends don't even know how to pirate. Mainly because they don't want to go through the trouble to get a free game.

Yup, that's pretty much everybody. I like having physical copies of games, at least of teh ones I really enjoy. I have all of the GTAs untill now, starting from GTA 3 and all of the NFS from the original Hot Pursuit 2 to ProStreet and I still download a crack so that I can play them without the disc.

I know how to, I just don't becuase if I pirate a game, it doesn't feel right.

P.S. I know this is discussing piracy, but my comment is against it. My friend pirates, and I hate him for doing it.

As I said in my post it depends on how Ubisoft define a pirate.

I know how to and I have before. But only once for a game that I already had a hard copy of on console: Mirrors edge. My point is, of course there are more pirates on pc, but pulling numbers like "97%" out of his ass is obviously bullshit.

Yeah, but even then I highly doubt that number. Realistically, I'd presume about 50% have pirates in some sort. Even more if you exclude simply games and take into account movies and music.

Do you read what you type, before posting it? Their statement is not open to interpretation, they are calling 93-95% of the population of gamers on PC, pirates, which is just inaccurate as hell.
