So NASA said that the ISS would pass over my city at 4:46PM

I went outside at 4:44, saw a white dot really far away at 4:46, thinking it was the ISS, only to realize, as it got closer, that it was a plane.

 

 

Screw you NASA, your predictions are terrible!

I saw the ISS the other night. It is easy to see it in all the stars and planes. The ISS will be a solid white light (No blinking), and will move faster than most things in the sky. It leaves your sight in about two minutes.
