What are the choices in regards to monitoring software that shows cpu and gpu usage?  What are the best free options?  Also what are good affordable pay options?

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S

if you want some professional grade monitoring/Diagnostic software look at AIDA64

I use CoreTemp and MSI Afterburner to get the info then pass that into my Rainmeter Skin.

I have currently HWiNFO and OpenHardwareMonitor as two main ones.

My choice is HWiNFO with the HWiNFOMonitor gadget.
