How high an I overclock my athlon ii x4 631 with a stock amd cooler. Right now I have it at 3ghz and its running perfectly fine but I would like to push it a bit more.

As long as you can keep the temp under 82 you are fine

use real temp for temps and download cpu-z to monitor everything else
