I don't like it, but most people do (I still like Black Ops on my PS3)

Compatible with Windows 95

It's only 36gb :P

It's fun, although if you get on a server with shit connection and lag like crazy, it's bad....

Also, one thing that bothers me a bit, you HAVE to constantly be double jumping/dashing around otherwise you pretty much get trashed...I really hope they add a no-jetpack mode.

I also find most of the guns to be meh. The laser gun is op, and since you're constantly jumping around, hipfiring is better than ADS, and I find most of the guns to have a relatively poor hipfire (in comparison anyway)

It depends on what kind of fps you're coming from.

For example Battlefield multiplayer would be very different from CoD.

Also, AW is very different from previous CoDs so you also have to consider that.

It's different and it's pretty fun. I'd wait until the dedicated servers are up before purchasing though.

I am a battlefield guy and have very little experience with cod and I do not own the latest game. One of my lan buddies has it and I was playing it on his rig just to check it out and I do have to say after only about 2 hours of game play I am pretty impressed and am seriously considering getting it. Maybe after the latest double xp for bf4 is over I will pick it up.

There is a no jetpack mode its classic mode at the bottom of the game type list.

Nope, not yet. The lag can get pretty bad at times.

O.o

Didn't notice that. Cool, now I'll have something to play when I'm not in the mood for hyper-mobility.

I never liked the franchise, but that said,I think Total Biscuit covered a good stance on both the single player and multiplayer aspect.

Maybe these will be of help :)

Objectively, and subjectively, it is broken on a level that I can not play it.

Objectively: I have a problem (though, it seems to be a small portion of the community affected by this) wherein it feels and acts as though there is mouse acceleration forcefully enabled (inb4; I have mouse smoothing off, and MarkC Acceleration Fix), but to an extreme degree. The movement, for me, is so bad, that I can't predict in the slightest how far the movement of my mouse will change the direction that i'm moving in-game.

Subjectively: The game is still plagued by the emphasis of MLG. insanely low kill times, insanely high accuracy spray-and-pray hipfire.

From me, it's a resounding "no".

Set your mouse polling rate to 125hz, it worked for me.

From the reviews and videos of call of duty advanced warfare multiplayer I have seen, I can say that it looks good. Look up some videos on youtube and see for yourself. If you like then get it.

Unfortunately, the software for my mouse (MMO7, yes, I know, MadCatz... but it was one of the only mice big enough to fit a palm grip with m size hands, and has a near perfect layout for me) has no native way to change the polling rate, and changing it via drivers opens up a whole new can of worms.

On my mates PC, I tried 125hz/250hz/500hz/1000hz after reading around about the games issues.

He's currently on 250hz as 125hz feels worse to use, and 250hz isn't that bad compared to 1000hz anyway.

The game looks gorgeous for a COD title, and runs pretty nice on medium hardware (altho a higher spec pc is needed than past games)

Will be picking this one up in short time after the initial patchings.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
