I'm about to watercool my pc, these 3 coolers are at the same price... Which one would you recommend?

Seidon 240M.  No-brainer.

Not the H80i.
I have the H100i and holy balls has corsair link been a pain in my anusrectum.

If you can get the software to work as it should it's cool, 
But i gave up on that after a week of back and forth with corsair support and settled with only being eligable to controll the colors on the cooler block.

And how do you control the fans? PWM?

Yea, control everything through your motherboard's fan headers.
