Real Temp can read the temperatures without any delays, so i think, hope this is not a hardware issue?

There is no sound during torturer or furmark. high load on cpu and gpu didn't make any difference i think?

H100i and Corsair Link is known to have a lot of problems, its a product I cannot recommend because it doesn't work for everyone.  If you recently purchased it, try and return it.

i think i have a coil whine problem now.. corsair link doesn't work probperly but it is not the cause of that noise...  is there a way that i can understand if the coil whine noise coming from psu or gpu?

If you have a spare part to try , maybe. The corsair H105 is newer and a bit better than H100i, think you can still return it since you just bought it? Tell them you're getting issue with the software and you can't make it work properly, besides you're paying for that feature to control/monitor your fans..
