I had that phone for 3 years during my Rogers contract, one of the best phones I ever used :) Upgraded to the iPhone 4S when it came out and just recently the HTC One M8, but I haven't been as happy with a phone since the N95 :P

This piece of crap. Needed a cheap phone I didn't mind breaking or losing in school, and for a hundred bucks at my carrier Wind (keep in mind they sell the Moto G for $230) it's not bad I guess. The one thing that drives me nuts though is the touchscreen sensitivity. You can't type fast on it. Period. It's one by one letter typing or you get nothing useful done. Aside from that though it's a pretty good phone for the price.

Alcatel OneTouch Fierce 2

Quad core 1.2GHz MediaTek MT6582 CPU (Cortex-A7, performance between the Galaxy S2 and S3)

1GB RAM

4GB storage (I have a 32GB MicroSD card in it)

5" 960x540 screen (not as bad as it sounds, at least it's a decent IPS panel)

Garbage 5MP camera

2000mAh battery (actually lasts a looong time, first phone of this size that I can get 2 assured school days of usage out of)

Android 4.4.2 KitKat (unrootable at the moment, tried everything, just not gonna happen)
