Nexus 6 the size of a scientific calculator

So I was looking around for something in my desk that compared to the Nexus 6's 159mmx83mm to get an idea of what it would feel like in the hand and pockets and funny enough, my old Casio scientific calculator from high school is actually almost exactly the same size, even in it's depth at it's narrowest. So, if you have one lying around and/or wanted to have an object to compare the new Nexus' size to, there you have it

also this is to big, i have small hands. 5 inches was a stretch.

Yeah, I agree. I think 4.7" is probably the max size a phone should be before it becomes too big IMHO.

Hmm...okay. Well you're probably right. I would have, what would be considered, relatively large hands and a 5" phone would probably be just right.

Yeah, I agree. I think 4.7" is probably the max size a phone should be before it becomes too big IMHO.

I'd still give it a try if you have the chance, I've been using the Samsung S4 mini (a 4.3" display!) for over a year now and just hearing 5.9" sounded ridiculous to me, but it's not like (I personally) had to keep my hand stretched out in a painful way to hold the calculator. Single handed use definitely feels out of the equation but it's never really been my thing either.

I don't mind big phones. It only bothers me when I have it in pocket of my jeans and I try to sit.

i keep a scientific calcullator in my back pocket (tight pants for effect) and pretend it's an i phone 6 #sweg

A good comparison is the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, it's my current phone.

The difference is H/W/D +1/+3/+0.5mm or +0.039/+0.118/+0.019 inch. The screen increases by 11.6mm or 0.46 inch.

Funny enough, the weight difference is +1 gramm.
