When I'm sad I watch old tv shows I watched as a kid. Like chowder or fosters!

Why do I always get depressed?? 

I'm on anti depressants and they work some of the time.... :/ 

I have a beast pc I have plenty of games to try and be happy playing them but playing games or watch movies doesn't help anymore.. 

Can you guys make me smile?? I'm in need of one!

I feel for you mate. I have at times tried to admit to myself that I might be depressed but that idea just makes me angry, I have nothing worth being depressed about people have it a lot worse off than me, so I'm not allowed to be depressed. I hate that I haven't accomplished much but the idea of doing something new and possibly life changing fills me with dread so I've become stagnant, filling my far too abundant time with hobbies like computers that I can barely afford, and now that I'm about to take my first real step into the unknown I'm restless, I'm taking a well paying job that I have very little experience in and moving away with no money to a town I've never heard of where I have less than 24 hours to find a moderately affordable place to stay, I honestly wish that I could just sleep in my car so that if this whole thing goes to hell at least I'm only a few hundred in the red. But if it goes well, well maybe I will finally be able to afford doing what I want to do instead of the bi-weekly finishing before you start that gets me down.

Why do you always die right after I fix you?

I feel you brother! I've been depressed for along time. After getting some anti depressants it got better, but sometimes it comes back, like yesterday! I think about suicide and stuff, and that what I have in my life doesn't matter.

 

Basically, when I get bored, I think about how what I have in life doesn't matter. I have so many games to play, still, I can't be bothered to play games for longer than an hour at a time. Playing guitar, it's so hard for me to just sit down and actually try to learn a difficult song, instead I just play along with it and go over to the next.

 

I don't have any really good friends, and I don't care much about my family. I have Aspergers so I'm not very socially active.

 

I got involved with the law 7 months ago for sexually offending four girls on facebook. I had a compulsory behavior of writing sick things to girls. I have to pay 4000$ in fines :(

 

Sometimes I love life, sometimes I don't know. It's so hard. Why couldn't I just be like everyone else?

Yeah anti-depressant pills screw you up. I would never take them. I dunno, what do you like to do that amuses you? Maybe something in the back of your mind is getting you down. Try figuring that out and you'll end up feeling better.

Pfft yeah ok whatever you say dude, whatever you say. Do you know how it feels being depressed?

Depression is a cunt, it has no real defining characteristics, it's different for everyone, it is an emotion that very few understand properly, it is a real cunt. There seems to be little advice that ever makes you feel better. The world is full of experts that think they know whats best for you,  a whole pack of useless cunts if you ask me, running around with fucked up half baked advice founded on myth and old wives tales. They always say stupid shit like "smile, coz that's cure for depression" and "exercise more", Well pardon me for being fat unhealthy cunt that doesn't smile enough.  

 

I know this may not help you specifically, but, the only thing that helped me was knowing that depression is a tunnel,  while you can't see the light at the end, if you stop walking you'll never see the light.  SO don't fucking stop.

Like I have stated I hardly have any firends.. most are toxic friends... And the others Im only there friend when they need something

dude just go outside for a walk ... a long...walk. it always helps me clear my mind when i get down. maybe go somewhere with a lot of other people or not whatever helps. i personally get like that when i spent yet another weekend not leaving my apartment once. but then i get my shit together, shower and go out just strollin around among other people. reminds me that im not alone even if i dont know them. just get away from what you are doing every day do somethign different and/or special
