Ubisoft Developers give the reason why games are downgraded

Yeah, forced may not be it, but that's what was implied by the Game Architect. It may just be that Microsoft is throwying a lot of money at Ubisoft to do that.

 

 

I think he meant him, the other designers, and developers are forced to. Most likely from the higher ups that take a nice paycheque from MS, and Sony.

I find it hard to believe that any skilled developer would actually believe a lower resolution, lowers FPS, worse textures, and over detail is better.

Seriously though, this is probably the worst fail I've seen this year.
