Welcome to the forum!

Does it do this will all versions of Chrome? Maybe try Chrome Beta? I was having audio issues in Chrome Dev once upon a time, switched to Chrome Stable and had issues with video so I went to Chrome Beta and have had no issues since.

Welcome to the forum! Be sure to quote someone (little button in the bottom right of their post) when you reply to them. Otherwise they won't see your reply. Or you could add an "@" before their name (which you can see right above their avatar in the top left) For example, for you, I would write @Pinoyonb and then you are notified of my reply

No problem  :)

As for you question.. is Chrome just opening a window that is not completely fullscreen? If that's the case, you can always snap the window so that it turns fullscreen.

@Pinoyonb

Right-click on the Google Chrome icon on the desktop and
choose PROPERTIES.
Select the COMPATIBILITY tab and check the "Disable display
scaling on high DPI settings" checkbox.
Apply the changes and click OK to close the properties dialog.
