Just got my first 144hz monitor, when I choose 144hz my screen goes flickering and goes black for 1 second and then comes back. Anyone know anything about this or how I can fix it? It works fine on 60hz. My graphic card is GTX 970 Gaming and my cpu is i7 4790k

Oh now I get it lol.

WTF? look at the picture of the back of my computer and tell me where i insert the hdmi cabel instead... there is no other spot

But the CPU is inside the computer???? or am I wrong? I am completly new to this so...

My friend told me that the problem can be that I am using HDMI from my computer to screen

I think so. I installed GeForce experience and updated my drivers.

Sorry for my bad PC experience. But how do I know if its plugged into the graphics card or the motherboard?

What do you mean with bios?
