I watched Hannibal Rising last-night, the books about the life of Hannibal Lecter are fantastic and made Hannibal my favorite fictional character but the films pale in comparison.

I just watched 'The Men Who Stare At Goats' its not bad, the best thing about the film is the jokes that any Star Wars fan will get. Worth a watch.

This movie was SOOOO drawn out and boring. You could probably cut out 1/3rd of the movie and still have exactly the same plot/story. There was at least 20 minutes of people JUST EATING. None of the actors did an outstanding job. Brad Pitt and Shia LaBeouf's characters were the stereotypical WWII american soldiers, the Mexican dude was also somewhat stereotypical and that one rude guy was such an over the top jerk it pained me. Percy Jackson's character went from wide-eyed war n00b to "I LOVE KILLING NAZIS" too quickly to be believable.

And while I get that profanity is used a lot in war, and I wouldn't watch a war movie without it, there was SO MUCH of it. I stopped counting when I reached 76 F-words in the first 45 minutes of the movie.

This was a bit of a surprise. Confusing at first, but comes together very well in the end. If you like movies about time travel, this is for you.

The documentary is absolutely great how they captured the chimpanzees from so many camera angles in the jungle and the story is awesome.

Gives an outstanding interpretation on real life, which really draws you into it and allows you to relate it to your own life. The only critique I have for it is possibly adding a small date to it for each age cut, as at some points it looks like only a couple of months have passed yet in actual fact it's probably over a year. Other than that, the film is outstanding and different, something that truly does deserve the critical acclaim it recieved.
