Case for 2 way SLI GTX 970

Stasiek_Zabojca

Hi!I'm going to upgrade my PC.Actually I have i7 4770k(without OC,I'm not going to do it) and Sapphire Radeon HD 7850,but I'd like to change my old, good HD 7850 for two Asus GTX 970 Strix. The problem is,that I have to buy new case,if I want to buy new GPU's.There are few requirements:

-Price;Max. 250-300zł(Poland),it's around 75-92 USD.

-Max. height is 55cm.

-I prefer elegant or a bit futuristic look and black color

-Case must hold both cards(28cm lenght) without extracting frame for HDD'a(3 HDD are in computer).

-It would be nice if it would have 2 places for fans on the roof, one on the floor and standard;one-two on front and one on the back.

-PSU will be working hard,so it will need fresh, cold air-there must be place for it on the floor of the case, not roof.

-Fan limiter would be nice too,but it's not very important.

Zalman Z3 looks good, but someone said me,that it have only 27cm for lower GPU-a bit too low.

PS: Sorry for any mistakes in the text  ;)

What about Fractal CORE 3300?

If it fits your hardware and it has a side window yeah, why not? If you have 2x 970's might aswell show them so get a case with a side window for the sexiness ;)

If the R4 is too expensive, the Fractal Core 3300 seems like a nice choice, in addition to that I would also recommend the Cooler Master N600.

Does the Define r4 and the 3300 even allow for HDD drives to remain installed when using two longer GTX 970s? I think both would need removed. This may not apply to the Strix cards though.
