static pressure fans like Nactua SP or corsair SP fans but there are allot of brands that make good quiet SP fans

Corsair SP's are not quiet, at all.

Scythe gentle typhoon all day.  Or noctua.  When I still owned my GT's, at full RPM they barely made a peep.

You must be deaf lol. When I had them on my H100i they were easily audible. Full speed on my custom loop is audible. Weird

the lower cfm ones are still around on amazon but.. theyre not the same.  I have but one left, on my h60.

If you can find them Gentle typhoons are the best IMO. I have one on my test bench at 100% with two other Noctua fans with their low noise adapters and the Noctuas are making more noise.

Noctua, or Silverstone AP series. Ive used noctua on a heatsink and they are fantastic, a bit pricey though. Currently running Silverstone AP 120mm and AP 140mm fans and they are great. Got them all running on 5.5~7.0 volts and its so quiet.

What are some quiet fans for water cooling?

 

Noiseblocker E-loop B12-3's or B12-P's @1400RPM.

Bert & Ernie before squirting spermie.
