Please help prevent whales being used as dog food.

The article in the link below explains it all, but basically a tycoon will slaughter a whole load of whales this summer, and sell them in japan for dog food. Signing this petition can prevent it.

Well I think there was some thing during World War 2 that Britain ate a lot of Whale Meat as it was cheap or something. Now it's a Japanese delicacy right?

Also, everyone make sure the canned fish they buy, is Ocean Friendly... If not, then it will very likely have whale, and all sorts of other stuff :(

Very good, actually ;) It isn't too hard to come by in Norway. I will admit, I don't know a lot about the difference between different whale meats, but either they have found a very foul tasting flock of whales, or the use the less desirable parts for dog food.

you can do way more if you get meat and fish regional. eating tuna kills dolphins. I eat regional grown stuff and nearly no seafood. that's way more ecological beneficial than signing a petition that achieves nothing. If you want whales to live you need to change people.
