Transferring Steam screenshots & save files to new PC?

I'm currently on a Windows 10 system and will be building a new PC soon with a fresh Windows 11 install. I want to know if I just plonk the existing SSD (separate from boot drive) into the new system (including the saves in the Documents folder in C:/ pasted into the new Documents folder on Win11) and then just do a reinstall of Steam, will everything still be recognized & work?

Do it after you installed windows and then copy the stuff to the new drive.

Then steam will find it.

Most stuff is cloud saved but some isnt.
