I...Actually, my brother, chucked my GBA along with Yoshi's Island, Super Mario 3, and DK Country, at a wall. I cried so hard.

My old GeForce4 MX4000. Thing was a beast and seemed overpowered for what it actually was.

Not to mention my old Gateway with a 1GHz PIII in it.

And the most recent one, my 19.2GB Bigfoot TS hard drive. Thing was a freaking beast, and I loved it. Then a capacitor fell off and that was the end of it. But this was 2 years ago.

My old laptop... Had a lot of important stuff on that but just can't be stuffed buying an external 2.5" drive bay thing so I can get all the data off it (340 GB of important stuffs)... There's at least $1500 of software that I can't remember the details for (I have it "remembered" on that laptop) so I would really like to get it back... It just crashed one day and never came back on.

My first ever PC. It was a Packard Bell something or other with a pentium 90 , 32 megs of ram and a, hold on guys, 368mb hard drive. Played duke nukem and mechwarrior 2 all day every day.

Mom threw a fit one day at my dad and decided to spite him by destroying my PC with a iron.:/ go fig.

Ok, it may have been forced to run off of the component cables. If you get access to one you may be able to toggle it to HDMI.

If people don't list Nintendo portables, they are lying. There's nothing more painful than losing a GBA with Pokemon Gold in it that has 100+ hours of your childhood in it regarding tech.

Never lost any of my games or portables, but I had an experience similar to that... when a cousin comes along who's never played le Pokémons before... loads up the GBC... ... ... and selects new game... THE HORROR!  :o

Actually, I even found my old Game Gear a few months back, it still worked! Although I couldn't find the charger so had to use 6 AA bats to just play a game of Sonic that was left in it... after vacuuming the damned moths out of the thing

My pokemon silver was stolen and it broke my heart. Having to go back and replay yellow to do the mew glitch and recatch loads of pokemon. I got crystal which I still keep close to me this day even though the battery is dead on it.

It hasn't. When I was moving the PS3 I noticed that the hdmi cable had to plugged in in a very specific way for it to work. Later when I moved it more it stopped working less and less, and later it didn't work at all.

My N64.

My Pokemon silver edition that had every single pokemon except for the dog thingies, was stolen by a "friend" who then deleted it and overwrote it. I never did get a chance to beat "red".

My Gamecube, not actually sure what happened to it.....

My Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time cartridge that was damn near 100% complete, was only missing 1 piece of heart and some gold skulltula's. Sadly I was too young to think to keep a list of the one's I'd found. :(

And I don't know if it counts but I'm including it anyways, my first car, my 1995 Mitsubishi 3000gt that died because some %$$&%#$^#$&^@#%@#$^#&^#$%%#$% merged into my lane and head on'ed me at 35 mph. The insurance company totaled it "due to cost of repairs", which pissed me off because she could have been saved, and was worth more than they believed it to be worth.

did the cable itself break or the port on the PS3? HDMI cables are cheap, you don't have to buy sony branded overpriced crap.
