If I'm on Wired Lan ( I know, I should be all the time) it's about 12 MBPS. If I'm wireless, it's only about 1-2 MBPS.

Edit: Them Wireless AC to Wireless N router probs :(

Depends on how long it gets to ramp up. Small stuff will hit 20MB/s, large stuff is more. I had a max of 46MB/s for one game I downloaded I believe. I am a student at Purdue, so I am not directly paying for internet yet. Hopefully by the time I graduate I will be able to find something similar that won't break the bank haha.

6MB/s is the norm, sometimes I feel throttled at 2, but then I remember I didn't have my VPN on, with the VPN I get much higher speeds.

Same here actually, at least from what I can tell. We are paying for a 30/5 connection and have averaged about 45/10 all day (first day connected).

As for steam speeds, I do not know for Time Warner (our new ISP), but our old Century Link 10/1 plan averaged about 300KBps down with steam. Glad that shat internet is gone.

EDIT: Seems steam is downloading at 4.7MBps constant on teh new connection.
