Speaking from experience, the battery life on the S4 is absolutely TERRIBLE if I play any game for more then 20minutes I need to charge it, I have had the phone for maybe 6 months. Needless to say, I am not impressed.

Nexus 5 if you have to pick between them. Stock android is way faster than touchwiz, and the gimmicks on the S4 aren't worth the money.

I have an S4 with CyanogenMod. I would get a nexus 5 and install cm11. Really not much appeal to this phone apart from the gimmicks (which I uninstalled).

im looking for cheap phone and i found nexus for 200$ and some other cheap phones

 

but i want one that has create camera m7 or 8 are just too much expensive

Can you get the OnePlus? If you're not in a hurry it has a better camera at a low price point.

You can also get the Moto X, if it's available in your area. It also has a better camera than the Nexus and they're usually about the same price.

I'm not sure about the camera there but I can say the battery life is impressive for how small it is
