NCIX's Giveaway QR #16 problem

Hello everyone. I'm sure many of you, if not all of you, have heard about the giveaway NCIX is hosting. There's a problem with the #16 QR's code that you put in the one of the field of the google form. Can anyone tell me what character or symbol is the last one from this image? Thanks.

It's a 2. There are no lowercase letters in these codes, as far as I know.

It's not a captcha, it's a preset code

Its either a q or an L

 

These frigging Captchas.....one of the worse things ever invented and serves no purpose but to further frustrate the user.
