Prolimatech black megahelms + silverstone ap 121 x2

So will the black megahelms and silverstone ap121 in push/pull provide me good tempratures for overclocks on 3570k (up to 4.5ghz), because i know that the megahelms is a very good cooler and air penetrators are good fans, but i've heard people say that ap121's and megahelms dont perform well together.

What do you people reckon? should i get the ap121's with it?

First of all they're quite ugly though good performing, but what i was looking for was fans with green led's that has good pressure, and ap 121's match the criteria, but i've heard that these two together dont work that well.
