I love it. I have it on my laptop currently, which is using a lowly Intel Pentium Dual Core(old school one). Runs like a charm. No issues yet.

Just like 12.10 with a few minor improvents that you wouldn't notice.

Still not as great as fedora.

90% of what I say is sarcasm.

The increased speed is noticeable.

Is it? Well i've tried both and didn't notice any difference.

Might just be me.

I don't like Ubuntu after 12.04 which I am currently running on my 2nd PC.

Xorg spazzing out and basically no way of supporting my rather ancient GPU [Multiple monitors / TV connected [that's where my movies reside]].

Reinstalling the old Xorg is not a usable experience at all.

Ubuntu implementing Amazon, really? U drunk? hard? ><

I will be switching to either Arch or Debian in about a week, when I'm done with my exams and have time to do so ^^

More noticeable probably on weaker hardware.

Arch or Debian? That's quite far off each other..? Just wondering.

But i recommend Fedora.

Well, Debian wasn't much of a change in terms of the basics I have learned using Ubuntu.

Arch is something I always wanted to try, and since I will be on summerbreak like 3-4months I'll have time ;)

Didn't like Fedora at all, have tried it a few times ^^

How come you didn't like fedora :O

But as far as i've heard, Arch is pretty close to Fedora (Too lazy myselve). But Debian is almost the opposite of Fedora if you didn't like Fedora, so that should be fine for ya : P

I think it was Fedora 17, installed it, as I was bored of Ubuntu once again, and wanted to try something new. [<3 SSD + Linux, eventhough it's an old crappy SSD, setting up an OS takes like 10mins :D] and it wouldn't output correctly to my TV. The aspect ratio of my monitor was not recognized, it was somehow laggy, and I didn't like the UI all that much. Perhaps I'll give it another shot, once I decide on my new OS ;)

There's nothing major.
