You could have a gander at that recent laptop Linus reviewed.

It had a 760m, so it's not amazing, but it's still an excellent laptop for 1500$ that doesn't feel like a foldable desktop or cost corneas.

MSI should have a few solid laptops under 1500$ too.

why the f*** are you posting this in his topic? just make your own! (also that laptop really sucks)

OT: get this http://www.sagernotebook.com/index.php?page=product_customed&model_name=NP8258 upgrade the gpu to the 870m, and save the rest, or buy your own ssd and install it (sager has overpriced SSDs for some reason)

I'd agree with this. Sagers are decent quality, and there's not many other options around $1500 that come with a 870M. Maybe the MSI GT60/GT70 but I'd be more inclined to pick a laptop that uses a separate fan for the CPU and GPU rather than one for both.

@ The Sager NP8258 is a good option, but if you prefer something more 'business-like' (personally, I think the lit-up design on the touch pad looks like a tramp stamp) there is the NP8268-S (15 inch) or the NP8278-S (17 inch). Both come with a 870M, and you can configure them to come with a mSATA SSD.

Just keep in mind that Xotic PC doesn't ship Sager laptops with a copy of Windows by default, so you'd either configure it to have it installed or buy your own and do it yourself.
