Which case for water cooling?

So my friend wants to build a water cooled computer and he has found some cases to pick from:

 

NZXT switch 810

NZXTh440

Bitfenix shinobi XL

Phanteks enthoo luxe

NZXT phantom 630 windowed

Fractal design arc XL

Do any of you have any of these cases, whats good/ bad about them, which would you recommend and why?

What kind of watercooling? Custom loop or AiO?

And what budget?

The phanteks enthoo lineup are properly the best cases when watercooling.
