2.1A charging on a cellphone, is it safe?

So this is a fairly quick question, I just want to know if it's safe to use a power bank that outputs 2.1A to charge my OnePlus One. The charger that ships with the phone outputs 2A so I'm just wondering if that extra .1A can do any damage to the phone. Thanks!

I guess it will charge faster?

Not much faster...maybe a couple mins less...

It is safe though.

Sometimes i use my ipad charger to charge standard phones faster when i need to charge it quickly.

Its fine if the phone battery is 2.1Ah or greater capacity. Otherwise it will kill the battery very quickly.
