Seems to be ok for its price anyway! I think its on par with some of the better headsets out there, not going to be great for hard core music listening

But for background music, skyping/gaming etc should do a good job

Is Overclockers just going mad with the sales at the moment?

What do they know of England, who only England know?

Damnit. I just bought a prodigy 2 day ago ._.

Bye LTT. That was an interesting journey on this board. At least here you see how not to do it. I'll go shaking my head about this place.

Wouldn't touch that with a 10 foot pole. Bitfenix customer service is a joke and their flo headsets are even more of a joke.

Really? I have only heard and had good experiences with them. What happened to you?

Not tried the headset personally but from the reviews its seems decent for the cost, and I know many peole satisfied with the case

I had an LED strip that was defective and wouldn't work. Emailed Bitfenix and they didn't respond. Sent another one 2 week later and nothing. Another 2 weeks later and I emailed NCIX and had them contact them on my behalf. Nothing after another month. NCIX was nice enough to replace it out of their pocket but basically Bitfenix support is basically nonexistent. Also their quality of their cases and stuff is questionable. The only things that they make I can recommend is their Spectre pro fans. Those are pretty well built and fans don't really break down. As for the headset, they have no experiance with audio so it's going to be poop. If you look at every good audio brand out there they've all been in business for at least 50 years. Audio isn't something you can randomly decide to get into and be good at it.

Sad to hear that experiencing luckily in the UK warranties are a lot more strict and the retailer is held accountable for organise repairs and replacements

That is true, but the headset in this bundle costs like £20 making it dirt cheap and even if its only reasonable it is a good deal for a starter gamer. Besides, it is 99% likely that somebody else is making the audio parts for them, like the QPAD headsets that use beyerdynamic technology

Bitfenix is making it themselves because it doesn't look like any other headphone out there. If they did something like qpad, their headset would resemble whoever they're using. Also superlux headphones are near that price so might as well pony up the extra cash to grab that and a Zalman clip on.
