what is the best tablet for this price, i was thinking the nvidia shield but what else is there?

what i want:

good camera

good screen (1080p if pos, maybe 1440p)

fast

16gb storage

Definitely the Nexus 7 (2013). I've had mine for a looooong time. And I can tell you, I couldn't stay away from it. Also for that price, you won't get any good other tablet, with it's Google 4.4 Kitkat and Android L (if you flash it) there is nothing better than that, no bloatware,... just android. Really fast, handles every app and games perfect. Screen is just perfect, and the 7inch tablet feels light and durable. But you should get a bag (on Google Play Store they offer good cases and bags + instant delivery)
