1 day 12 hours because of Windows update. I've probably had it go for months at a time though

About 18 hours at the moment due to the windows security update although my record was a little over 40 days but it turned off due to a power cut.

You don't have a Core 2 Quad. If so, what? I just OC'ed mine to 2.7 from 2.4. 3 will result in a hole in my monitor from getting so pissed off.

Just updated. I usually don't turn it off. 

Only for:

 

Upgrades.

Fitting cables.

Changing components.

Removing Storage Drives.

Cleaning Dust.

Updates.

Moving the computer.
